Our measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

We are therefore committed to strictly adhering to all hygiene guidelines and safety protocols issued by the relevant authorities. Following expert advice from an external hygiene specialist, we have implemented comprehensive cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for you. 

LIFTING OF GOVERNMENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AS OF APRIL 1, 2022!

Currently, NO proof (of vaccination, recovery, or a negative test) is required for entry.

However, to protect your health, we continue to ensure that our team wears masks, is either vaccinated or has recovered from COVID-19, and is tested for COVID-19 under supervision every workday.

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • Table reservations are currently required by law. We have set up two reservation time slots: 6:00–8:00 p.m. and 8:00–10:00 p.m.

  • We are required to collect your contact information to enable contact tracing by public health authorities. This information will be automatically deleted after 4 weeks. 

  • We allow you to submit your contact information electronically via a form on this website under “Menu”—or in person, using the “LUCA” app on your smartphone.

  • All of our employees are fully vaccinated, undergo daily SARS-CoV-2 testing under supervision, and wear face masks at all times.

  • Our tables are spaced at least 1.50 meters apart.

  • We have hand sanitizer available for you on site.

  • Surfaces, tables, and chairs in the dining area are thoroughly disinfected before being reused.

  • Our menus are laminated and are disinfected after each use.

  • Alternatively, you can view the menus on your own smartphone by scanning a QR code.

  • We are currently not accepting coats, so please keep them with you.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  • Please make a reservation. You can do so here on the website under the “Reservations” menu item, through the booking portal, or by phone at 030 2062 8610 (after 3:30 p.m.). Reservations are currently required by law.

  • Please register your contact information for the required attendance record. You can do this either on this website using the form under the "Menu" section, or on-site using the "LUCA" app on your smartphone.

  • Please bring a negative COVID-19 test result from the same day or proof of vaccination or recovery to present at the entrance. This requirement is currently mandatory.

  • Please wear a face mask when entering and leaving the restaurant, and whenever you are not seated at your table.

  • Please wait outside the restaurant until someone comes to greet you and show you to your table.

  • Please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other people.

  • Please wash and sanitize your hands.

  • Please follow proper coughing and sneezing etiquette.

  • Please pay by card or other non-cash method if possible.
